Today, Governor DeSantis signed Senate Bill 302 Coastal Resiliency into law.
This legislation includes Senator Boyd’s key amendment to protect the Terra Ceia Aquatic Preserve from future dredging that could harm water quality and the overall health of this vital ecosystem.
In addition, the Governor announced plans to rebuild the Skyway Fishing Pier. This is a big win for Tampa Bay anglers who enjoy using this iconic fishing destination.
